Nasal Allergies. How to treat them?

Some people have nasal allergies due to exposure to allergens including dust mites, animals, cockroaches and some moulds. Allergy is due to a misdirected immune system. Upon inhaling allergens, the immune system will make an abnormal response which will trigger symptoms like stuffy nose, itchy eyes and throat, ear itching and popping, and cough.

Identify your symptoms

Here are five allergy symptoms you shouldn’t ignore:

  • Symptom 1: Runny or Stuffy Nose
  • Symptom 2: Sinus Pressure
  • Symptom 3: Sneezing
  • Symptom 4: Itchy Eyes
  • Symptom 5: Postnasal Drip

If allergy symptoms aren’t treated early, they can get worse over time. Think back to what trigger the symptoms above. Then start by trying to avoid your allergy triggers. If you don’t already know what your allergy triggers are, an allergist can help you identify them.

Reducing allergens

Many of the allergens are airborne. To reduce the airborne allergens, use Purlife airclear 50 which will remove 99.97% of air pollutants and particulate matter. This will in turn reduce the allergy symptoms which will improve sleep quality and give adults and children more energy during the day.
